How much will it cost?

It depends on your dog's weight and activity. The plan builder above shows the exact price per day and per month before you pay anything. Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,000.

How do you work out the portion?

From your dog's weight, age, activity and health needs we calculate their daily calories, then portion every meal to match. Update their weight any time and the next delivery adjusts.

Can I mix it with my dog's current food?

Yes. Choose the Fresh topper plan for a half portion that you mix with your dog's current food. It's a gentle, more affordable way to start.

How do I switch from kibble?

Over 7 to 10 days. Start with about a quarter fresh food mixed into the current food and increase every two to three days. Your first box includes a day-by-day switch guide.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

Tell us in the first week and we'll make it right: switch the recipe, adjust the portion or help with the transition. A pour of bone broth gets most fussy dogs eating.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes. Skip a delivery, pause when you travel or cancel anytime from your account or with a WhatsApp message. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

How do payments work?

Once your plan is saved we send a secure payment link. Pay by UPI or card. For recurring payments you get a message before every charge, and you can pause or cancel the mandate anytime.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across Bengaluru. Enter your pincode in the plan builder to check. If you're outside our area, leave your details and we'll tell you as soon as we reach you.

Are the meals nutritionally complete?

Yes. Every recipe is formulated by vets and our chefs to AAFCO standards and the Indian Standard for pet food (BIS IS 11968:2019), so it works as your dog's full daily diet.

What if I have more than one dog?

Build a plan for your first dog, then message us on WhatsApp and we'll add the others, each with their own portion.
