Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every Woof and Cook meal is made fresh or frozen to order. Getting it to you in perfect condition — intact and on time — is as important to us as the recipe itself. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver our fresh foods across Bangalore (Bengaluru). We are working on expanding to other cities — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we launch in your city.

Our frozen foods are available via selected retailers, and our dehydrated foods are available pan India.

If you are outside our current delivery zone and would like to place a bulk or wholesale order, write to us at hello@woofandcook.com.

2. Delivery Windows

One-Time Orders

  • Orders placed by 7 PM are dispatched the following morning 
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Subscription Orders

Your meals are dispatched on a fixed schedule based on the frequency you choose at checkout — every day, thrice weekly, weekends or once weekly. Please WhatsApp or email us if you would like to change your delivery schedule. 

Custom Date Delivery

If you'd like to schedule a delivery for a specific date (e.g., for a travel gap or a new puppy's arrival), add a note at checkout or let us know via WhatsApp.

3. Packaging & Cold Chain

All meals are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain quality during transit, which are designed to keep products cold for up to 2 hours in Bangalore conditions. They will be provided to you in paper bags or cardboard boxes.

Upon receipt, please:

  • Refrigerate fresh meals immediately (safe for up to 3 days in the fridge)
  • Freeze frozen meals immediately (safe for up to 6 months in the freezer)

Do not leave deliveries unattended at your door in warm weather for more than 30 minutes.

4. Delivery Partners

We have our own delivery team and also use trusted local delivery partners for some deliveries, depending on your location and order size. If using a partner the details will be shared with you at the time of delivery, along with a tracking link where available.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance to our kitchen, are calculated and included in your bill at the time of checkout. All subscriptions include delivery. 

Please do not pay our delivery partners directly.

6. Missed & Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please let us know!

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to leave the order with a neighbour or building security, if instructed at checkout.
  • Subscription orders will be left at your door
  • If no safe drop-off is possible, the order will be returned to us.

Returned perishable orders cannot be re-delivered or refunded, as the cold chain cannot be guaranteed after a failed attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or provide specific drop-off instructions at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to an error on our end (wrong address, missed slot), we will redeliver or refund at no charge to you.

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the promised window, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Traffic or weather conditions
  • High-volume periods (festivals, weekends)
  • Partner availability

If your order is delayed by more than 1 hour beyond the scheduled time, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. Delays caused by our team or partners will be addressed with a credit on your next order.
