Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Woof and Cook website located at woofandcook.com ("Website") or placing any order with us. By accessing our Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and Kefira Pet Foods Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India, operating under the brand name Woof and Cook, with its registered office at 902 Prestige Meridian, MG Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka ("Woof and Cook", "we", "us", "our").

1. Eligibility

By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
You are purchasing for personal, household, or pet care use and not for resale
All information you provide to us is accurate and up to date

2. Products & Nutritional Information

All Woof and Cook meals are vet-formulated and prepared using human-grade ingredients. However:

Whilst our products are human grade, they are intended for dogs only and are not intended for human consumption
Feeding recommendations provided on the Website (including our feeding matrix) are general guidelines only, not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian
If your dog has a known health condition, allergy, or is on medication, please consult a vet before switching to or introducing any new food
Woof and Cook is not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to consult a veterinarian where a dog's health condition warranted it

Product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional values on our Website are kept as accurate as possible, but may occasionally vary due to ingredient availability or seasonal sourcing. We will notify you of any material changes to a recipe you are subscribed to.

3. Orders & Pricing

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from us via email or WhatsApp.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect orders already confirmed. For subscription customers, revised pricing will take effect from the next billing cycle following notification.

Subscription Orders

By subscribing to a Woof and Cook meal plan, you authorise us to process recurring payments at the selected frequency. You may pause or cancel your subscription in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Woof and Cook reserves the right to pause, modify, or discontinue subscription plans with reasonable prior notice.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card and net banking. All online payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Woof and Cook does not store your payment card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Perishable products must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon delivery
Woof and Cook is not responsible for spoilage resulting from failure to store the product correctly after delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Woof and Cook Website — including text, recipes, brand name, logos, photography, illustrations, and product formulations — is the intellectual property of Woof and Cook or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent. You may share product content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes provided you credit Woof and Cook.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity conducted under your account
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms or misused in any way.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any loss not directly caused by our negligence
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, third-party delivery failures, or public health events

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take every care to ensure quality and consistency, we make no guarantee that:

A specific product will be available at all times
Any particular dog will accept or benefit from our food (individual results vary)
The Website will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., delivery partners, social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. Woof and Cook is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Consumers also retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
